When placing a pre-order for your bundles, please expect a processing time between 10-14 business days.

Updates will not be sent until this processing period is complete.

You will receive your tracking number via email once this processing period is complete.

All orders are shipped with USPS PRIORITY •Standard Processing time for hair is within 7 -10 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday •(ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED IT CAN NOT BE CANCELLED)
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT AT CHECKOUT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING YOUR ADDRESS TO CONFIRM IT IS CORRECT. and included any extra information needed such as an apartment number.
Once your order is placed no cancellations can be made Only a refund can be issued. To prevent fraud your billing and shipping address MUST BE THE SAME. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If the package is return, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
